Staff is very nice and caring. Dr. Bailey was very thorough and knowledgeable and seems to be a caring diabetes professional. This being my first time seeing him since moving from California to Virginia, I was impressed and left the appt. with a positive feeling that this healthcare team is a good thing for someone having diabetes for 30 years.
Dr Bailey made me feel very comfortable and he took his time to make sure that I understood what he explained to me. He has a very good sense of humor which lightened the mood in the entire office. The staff and nurses were just as friendly and professional! Highly recommend!
There was about 30 minute delay before I was seen. Dr. Bailey was very positive and answered my questions about my DEXCOM G7 monitor. Staff were new to me and efficient somewhat reserved.. Lab staff were skilled and helpful . Overall a very good experience.
