Probably one of the worst families to deal with. My mom passed a few years ago and we stopped to see them about funeral arrangements. The owner's wife exclaimed, "We don't do funerals for this family." And walked upstairs. Really rude lady. And in a families time of loss. Last time I checked my dad's funeral was with Dewey and my mom was paid in full at the time of the funeral.
