I signed up for DR Pillai Dewey Valencia office I was effective as of 2/1/2018 First of I received an appt for 2/12 but I thought it was for 2/13 that's what I had written I started calling on 2/12 at 8 am thinking it was the next day the telephones were transferred to the Answering Service all morning and day in which they were very rude and told me I needed to keep calling back that it's a (hit and miss) when they answer their phones.
