went to office under the impression that the consultation was free, when I told them I was shopping for a more reasonable price I was charged \$87.00 for a 30 second exam, would have probably went back for my daughters extractions but felt that this was not exactly honest, office very antiquated looked like it had not been updated since the 70s

Carter Dewey G Dds is good oral surgeon my denitist in asheboro could not take out my tooth, referred me to dr carter. i had no pain, very professional, staff was good, good hygeine practices noted. would go back if i needed too
STAY FAR FAR AWAY! His office is dirty and they just arent clean. the girl laid out a pair of gloves and a dirty insturment out and placed it on the table. the exam chair is so old and out dated and it had restraints on the arms.. if your not freaked out by that then go ahead and go.. when he told me he could put me to sleep for my surgury i just kept thinking if this man puts me to sleep i will never wake up ! thats how bad it was plus he didnt wash his hands before entering the room after seeing another person. its not wor... read more
Excellent I went to Dr. Carter for an extraction of a upper tooth. He first took xrays to see if he thought it could be saved. I really appreciated the time that he took to make the best decision concerning this particular tooth. When I found out that it did have to be removed I was not happy. I had a bad experience with another dentist when I was a child and, I explained this to him. He told me that they would make sure that I was numb and that I didn't feel any pain. Calm down good here I was sent here from my dentist for an extraction. The staff was really kind and great to me. The extraction fron DDS Carter was fast and painless. I recommend that you just take it easy without and worrys if you are sent here, there is no need for that.
