After how I was talked to today, by Mr.Beckner himself they deserve one star. I was treated as if I was an idiot trying to communicate that after getting a new policy for my home, I found out my ex husband information was still attached to my phone and email (which I had no idea of) and wanted all of his information taken off and put on his own separate account. But I guess that wasn’t a simple enough explanation of what I needed. Thank you for being so rude, it was a pleasure…
Poor communication and didn’t return calls about current policies. No longer a customer
Great people, easy to work with. Not infallible but they'll make it right.
All the staff there are like family. They are knowledgeable and focused on your needs. I've never had any issues at all with their service.
This place is very helpful. I have struggled finding the right insurance for me, yet this place helped alot and was super open to answer any questions I had and Also to resolve any issues I had. Thanks to everyone !
