Horrible, the management will tow your vehicle if you are not a resident even if you are simply dropping off your elderly relative, that DOES live there, from the hospital. A family member was parked on my grandmothers driveway for no more than 15 minutes when they had the tow truck called on them and my grandmother had to pay $100 out of pocket, with limited income, to avoid it getting towed. Is she expected to park across the street and walk with her oxygen tank to her residence? I will be filing a complaint with this comp... read more
