I recommend DeWeerd & VanDyke, Inc. One of my rentals was hit by lighting in the past few storms we have had. I contacted Michael and they were there the next day. Another company said they could get there in two or three weeks. The outlets that were not working did it cause a discomfort to my tenants. But I wanted the whole house checked to make sure it was safe. They checked the house out, fixed the outlets that needed repair and my tenant feels safe. I have other great stories about this company.

This company has great service and the technicians are all very helpful with answering questions! Would recommend to anyone looking for HVAC repair or installations in houses.

I had DeWeerd and VanDyke come out and install a fan in my living room. From start to finish the work was impeccable, the staff was SO friendly, and the price was fair and well worth it. I can't imagine having a more positive experience! I won't be going anywhere else for future home improvement needs!
