Coming here changed my life. I have gone here the past few years. I started in the classes and just the warm up felt like a workout to me. I slowly became more fit and the workouts felt much more doable and I was able to go a little faster and lift a little bit heavier as time went on. I managed to lose 40 lbs and feel so much healthier! I began doing more individual plans and I gained so much muscle and got strong. I felt so confident at my wedding. Great gym with thoughtfully planned out whole body workouts. I have gotten so much stronger than I could have imagined in just my first year. Coach Steve is great and always ready to help with any workout modifications necessary. I highly recommend this place!

We started with my 12 & 14 year old girls coming to develop more overall body strength and power for volleyball. They are doing great - they're stronger, jumping higher and hitting harder! After a few months I joined them and started slow as I was still recovering from a major knee surgery. I have recovered all mobility in my knee and I attribute it to Steve's workouts - they are varied and target muscles groups in many different ways. We LOVE Dew Coach!
