Professional, fast, trustworthy, quality, patient. Just moved into an apartment and needed air/heat unit fixed / replaced. First time the owners gave them wrong information, so reschedule but landlord didn't communicate with us. So we missed the. Happened at least one more time. They didn't give up or get annoyed. Just left there card to set it up directly. Just amazing fortitude, diligence and patience. And they did an outstanding job. Very appreciative. Top tier. 10/10
Honest and caring
Dewayne was quick in his response to my request to schedule with him. Our job was small. We needed two thermostats switched out. He arrived on time. Got us set up quickly and stay a bit extra to be sure everything was working properly. He was very kind and efficient with our time. We were very pleased with the amount we paid for this job. Thank you Dewayne. I definitely will use him again in the future.
