Friendly and professional
Refused to cover a radio under warranty. Since it was a button they considered it a moving part. They wanted the cost of a new radio to cover the repair. I made them ship it back at their expense and submitted a complaint to Dewalt who replaced it no hassle.
I own a planer from this company, and unfortunately a plastic part inside broke. I submitted a replacement request through their website and received confirmation, but some of the parts were on backorder. I was told to check back in mid-August, yet there was still no ETA. I requested a refund, but since 90 days had passed, they refused.
