Warranty and customer service is horrible at dewalt. Product came with rusted parts and after 8 weeks still waiting for a replacement to be shipped. warranty will be up by the time I get it at this point.
Worst company ever. Doesn’t want to handle there product issues. Just bought a jacket from fleet farm in December of 2024. The had a battery with the date code of 2021. They won’t do anything about it . They are sending bad batteries to there costumers and they are aware of it. I recommend if you buy a tool or a jacket from them you check the battery and if you buy a battery you make sure the battery isn’t three years old because they won’t warranty it. DeWalt customer service is a joke, on hold since December 2024, so far I had a zero chance finding someone who could repair my Dewalt power station. I would give no stars if I had such an option, stay away from DeWalt brand, no longer worth premium price.
After contacting Dewalt via email, I was directed to call the service center directly. I did just that and spoke to Diane, who won the award for the least pleasant person I've encountered with Dewalt. I simply called for a status update on our trimmer. She was so rude. I can't believe they put her in a customer facing position. I hope Dewalt can go back and review her conversations with customers...
