I love that DeWalt's is located right in the City of Butler. I shop there a lot because of the convenance & they offer merchandise that other establishments don't. But there is a catch. The saying "the customer is always right" does not apply here. I purchased a product in the past that clearly was not the quality of the product I typically purchase. They absolutely refuse under any circumstances to offer refunds or exchanges. They told me it was not their problem once it was off their shelf and out the door that it was my p... read more
