3 days to ship from order date, and no tracking. No communication, the order had parts I hadnt ordered in it, and the parts I did order was NOT shipped. toolservicenet.com I would give a big fat 0 star. 2 1/2 week without a part ordered that site said was in stock. Poor customer service, could not find order and then finally said on back-order. Buyer Beware!
