I bought a ge refrigerator from them and not even a year later it’s not producing ice and freezer won’t get to temperature. I tried to get a service tech out they said 13 days which is ridiculous. Their real nice when you buy something then your on your own.
I bought a stove, refrigerator and microwave from Dewaard & Bode and was very happy with the sales and delivery service. Jason efficiently and professionally helped me pick out everything from the sales floor and set up delivery dates that were timely and fit my schedule. RecommendedTwo great young men delivered and set up my new freezer today. They were fast, thorough, and cheerful. We talked through the glass of my door only and they were great. DeWaard & Bode have fine employees, including Jeff and David: David answered my initial questions & Jeff followed up with other answers I needed quickly when David was off. Great, upbeat, very polite young men all, and, D&B is LOCAL!

Ethan and Adam delivered my new washer this afternoon. They were extremely courteous and friendly. They went over and above what they needed to do with the washer installation and I was so very happy with them! I would highly recommend those young men! I would also highly recommend Dewaard and Bode. I purchase all my appliances there, have for years and am always pleased with their service. Thank you!

Replaced our fridge from 1994, planned to buy from Costco and I’m SO glad I didn’t. We got a beautiful new model from the hannegan location that had been returned and the discount, service, delivery, and warranty are unbeatable. I almost past out when a week later I came across the same fridge elsewhere for much more. Can’t recommend Dewaard enough!
Ethan and Jacob delivered our refrigerator and did an outstanding job taking out the old and installing the new.
