I called them over 3 weeks ago, they would say they will be out this week, then it turns into next week. It's ridiculous. I called Raiden Electric they came out in 4 days.

I used to work for them. At times things do get hectic but somehow this family run business pulls through. They give fair prices they do honest work and they even tell you what you can wait on and watch is dangerous and needs to be fixed. I'm not just saying this because I was a previous employee I'm saying this because I recommended my ex-girlfriend's mom for them to do work on her house after I was let go because I was not up to standards! On December 10, 2013 I placed an order with a gentleman named Joe for (2) 12 volt batteries. I was told that I would receive them the next day. The next day came and went and no sign of batteries. I figured due to the holidays they must be delayed. On Dec. 18; 8 days later I still didn't receive the batteries.
