I reserved the smaller room and paid for decor that I never received for my event seven days before the event I had to cancel due to the discrepancies with the venue. I paid 1200 to reserve the small room and was told if the big room is not rented out a week before my actual event date that I can have as a courtesy I paid an extra 1000 for decor. I was very disappointed after reserving a date with her and giving her my money to reserve the date. It was a breach of contract on Naheed’s part. She refused to give me half of my money as a refund, I do not recommend anyone to use this facility because she is very unfair and also the facility is not as tidy as it should be. I also witnessed two rodents running out from the building the day I went to pick up my products.
