Technician showed up right on time. Diagnosis and repair were both quick and professional. I ended up with a much smaller bill than anticipated. Keep up the great work!
This company is great. I have had great service while dealing with the ladies in the office and the service techs. I have been dealing with them for over 10 yrs now I wouldn't go any other place the Techs are professional and very knowlegable. The office staff is polite and schedule me an appointment while on the phone. They call back to remind me of my appt and give me the 2 hr window time frame that the tech will be there.
We had Dew Drop do our landscaping and install our sprinkler system when we purchased our house because they were contracted with our builder. I can say that I will never every work with them again. When they hydroseeded our lawn, they turned our water off- which lead to our seed getting fried in the 90+ degree weather. From there on, it was nothing but problems.
