I used them for 8 years, and last May, called to have them stop by to assist with a question. The serviceman answered by issue, and when I asked for a bill, he stated it wasn't necessary. Today 9 months later I received a call stated their Invoice for the service last May, which I never received, is outstanding, and I owe the $46. I explained to the Office gal, what the serviceman stated last May, and she was going to check with the owner. Today she called back, and the owner stated I owe the amount.
