Dev Mata is still doing business as usual even though he continues to supply controlled substances without a prescription and is holding himself out to be a DR. He has preyed upon girls and young women whom he grooms to be prostitutes. He supplies them with drugs/alcohol/money and ruins their lives and their families lives.
