Simply put the salesman Lionel D lied to us telling my mother in law and two other people including myself that some of the cost would be paid by grants from the governments over 1,000$ after the work is done. Lionel D told us he would personally come over the next  day with the details of the work done so we could send the details billing to get the grant but he never showed up and a month later still hasn’t showed any sign of life. DevTech Construction semble manquer de transparence et de professionnalisme dans ses opérations. Leurs pratiques de gestion pourraient être désorganisées, ce qui entraîne des retards fréquents dans les projets. De plus, il est possible qu'ils négligent la qualité des travaux effectués, ce qui pourrait conduire à des résultats finaux médiocres et à des problèmes de sécurité sur les chantiers.
