I really enjoyed working with everyone from the Devron team in purchasing my new home. Everyone was friendly, approachable and most importantly, communicative. As a current home owner, the vision for 101 Spadina aligned with my needs in looking for a new, long term home: Unobstructed views, open living space with a big kitchen, water leak detection and acoustic insulation, was what attracted me to this project.
