Dr DeVries and his staff are excellent!!
Been a patient here for 6 years. Love DeVries. But thanks to his horrible front desk staff and Nancy who handles the calls, I left and went to another doctor. I’ve never been treated so horrible by staff as Nancy and the front office team. 2 weeks of trying to get in touch and get medication resolved while having horrible withdrawals and all I get is attitude, hung up on, false responses, or no responses at all. I've been seeing Dr. Ben for years. Same 3 month check ins for years. Due to his front office lady being the rudest and most unaccommodating person I have ever dealt with in the medical field I will be finding another provider. On another note, thank you Ben for everything and wish your secretary provided as good of service as you did!
I would highly recommend Dr Devries. I have sent a lot of my friends to see him and every one has stayed with him. Never feel rushed and truly cares about the wellness of his patients.
