This company has new owners and the quality of care has definitely gone down since I signed my mother up with them a year ago. The nurses and staff are great it’s obviously not them they are just doing their jobs and have no control over what is provided. They have gone to cheaper everything. Took 4 days to get a wheel chair for my mom who has end stage dementia. She is bedridden and having to call and put pressure on them for a pressure point mattress which they are required to provide for a someone once they are bed ridden... read more
The Staff was professional, Caring, and Knowledgeable. Our love one was kept Comfortable and was attended to as if He was Family. I can not express enough how much we appreciated the staff for being available for our family.
