I would actually like to give a minus score if I could. I can’t stand Devoted. In using the dental program, you pay the bill and we are told they will review and reimburse. What actually happens is you pay your invoice , submit your bill with Procedure Codes and after several weeks they say they are reaching out to my provider for procedure codes. I said they are right on the invoice, I did a google search sure enough procedure code is identical to what is on invoice. They just repeat they are reaching out to my provider for... read more
