Very poor experience with this company. We called Devoted to come install a temporary pole for us and we paid $1600. When the lineman from Duke Energy came out Nov.11 to hook it up to power they told us that the box was incorrect and they don’t use ringed boxes anymore for the last 10 years. We called Devoted to ask them to change it to a ringless box and they told us that this was news to them and that these are the standard boxes they always install. Devoted Electric charged my credit card $2,781 on 09/19/2024 and on 02/19/2024 they also charged my credit card $2,573. They never did any work and I was told that they would credit back the charges. I was informed that it would take 30 days for the credit to go thru. Very dishonest company
