Very unprofessional, lost my sample, did not offer to reschedule. For somebody who only works two days a week, I expected that she wouldn't be 20 minutes late to my appointment. There was a sign at the door with a phone number to "message our staff" that was her personal phone number. There is nobody else overseeing this operation despite what I was led to believe. I had a great experience getting my fingerprints taken! The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. The whole process was quick—less than 15 minutes from start to finish—and everything was clearly explained to me beforehand. The technician made me feel comfortable and took extra care to ensure the prints were clear and properly scanned.
This is the Centerview location! The worst treatment and service I have ever received, very unprofessional staff. They respond well to text and I think that’s all what they can do. I scheduled an appointment and missed it. So I had to reschedule. Their internet connection was out and it was very clear the employee doesn’t know how to connect her computer. I offered her to help.
