Don't go with this new company. Owner is extremely rude. You will feel like you're a "bother" when you ask questions. Not professional at all. Bad agency, bad owner, bad staff with a HUGE attitude problem. I wonder if they follow labor laws for their caregivers and are a fully responsible employer. I just happen to call for information and owner Yazmin Rousse answered my call as if she doesn't like to be bothered with questions. She was cold, rude and snippy with a poor belligerent attitude problem and this was over the phon... read more
