Great Wine List – My husband and I enjoy coming here occasionally. It's not the best restaurant for children so we always get a babysitter for our son. The tapas are good and they have a great wine selection. They also have numerous wine tastings one Monday a month throughout the year, which are really fun to go to. Local food done right – Devotay is easily one of the best restaurants in eastern Iowa if not the best. Local ingredients when at all possible, great ambience and terrific food. Just wish there were more veggie options.
