My grandmother suffered from a severe hoarding disorder. She was removed from her home for healthy/safety and put on hospice. Bryan is very easy to work with, available every step of the way. Bryan knows the market, and explains a very complex process simply. I had every confidence in him, and was able to sell my mother's home quickly, and he helped us successfully negotiate our way through a few escrow surprises.
