After working with Samuel Cote and Devoray as a service provider, we unfortunately cannot recommend them. While we successfully completed the agreement and overall service to a T, communication was a consistent problem. Timely payment was also an issue, which escalated to the point where we had no choice but to notify ISED about the non-payment. In response, we faced harassment that targeted our business and reputation. Regrettably, this experience has been unprofessional and disappointing.
