Horrible. Care has plummeted in the 12 years my mother has been there. Every time that I question something or complain, her "select care package" gets bumped up a level, increasing her fees (but her care does not change.) If you want your loved one neglected and robbed, this is the place for them to live. The director of care seems very unethical and often does not follow through on commitments she makes to residents/their family...unless it entails increasing fees. I just wanna leave a review about the fantastic job that Shane n his team did today on the Easter hunt for the children . They decor n snack were amazing .. n to have used all 4 floors for the children to even interact with the elderly n to see them smile was heartfelt.. Great job n hopefully this will be an ongoing Easter egg hunt we can look forward to attending each year … thank for putting such a great smile on my grandson ZeeZzs face …. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
My sister is in the process of relocating to Devonshire and I have been in the building 3-4 times with questions etc. and each time have noticed a lively welcoming atmosphere...residents out of their room socializing and Sandy and Deborah are so warm and approachable with any questions you have and they go above and beyond to help. Yesterday my sister and I had lunch there the meal was delicious and residents were coming up to welcome my sister there. The staff are very friendly. The residents are friendly. The place is kept very clean. My mom enjoys the food.
