Had the pleasure to coordinate for our future grd 8 leaders to interact/ play games with the residence. The staff were so welcoming and kind. What a great place to be.
I have recently moved into the home Tonia has assembled a 5 starmanagement team Super Sandy Terrific Tanya Marvellous Marlene Will make sure your stay will be the best it possible can be nothing is too much trouble ntheir motto is you need anything and we will take good care of it promptly and correctly And my experience is exactly that Wonderful experience with wonderful people 5 star team highly recommended
I just was at an event at Devonshire and can I say what a fantastic job Shane and his team do taking great care of the residence I was there selling bake goods and I don’t know how many times there was a resident at my table looking and Shane came over and bought them something with his own money . The love they have for him is amazing . You can tell how much they all love him and the time he spends with them I will definitely recommend this place . Moved my dad in 3 weeks ago and both of us can't say enough about the facility and the staff. The staff are all friendly and amazing. The residence has exceeded our expectation!!
Horrible. Care has plummeted in the 12 years my mother has been there. Every time that I question something or complain, her "select care package" gets bumped up a level, increasing her fees (but her care does not change.) If you want your loved one neglected and robbed, this is the place for them to live. The director of care seems very unethical and often does not follow through on commitments she makes to residents/their family...unless it entails increasing fees.
