Devonshire was hired to do our appraisal on our home. I called due to the appraisal not having the correct square footage. She proceeded to be rude and disrespectful saying I wasn't her client and that I needed to have my loan officer call (which could not due to commission). She claimed that our home had a basement. Everything was built on grade, not below which dictates a basement. She was rude to the agent and then told our mortgage company I was aggressive.
