It was late Friday morning and a broken tooth that was due to be extracted at my local dentists in a couple of weeks was suddenly giving me some pain. Devonshire were able to fit me in at 5.30pm the same day. Richard Malloch had already viewed the scans I had emailed over and assessed what was needed. I have experienced nothing but kindness, compassion and professionalism from all Devonshire house staff. My own teeth became loose and not very good, so I was advised my best option, to be able to eat and look nice again, was to have implants. I was very anxious and nervous about having the procedure. I have been impressed by the quality of care and service at Devonshire house. I was on holiday in France but having tooth pain because of an infected cracked tooth. I called on Monday, was offered a next day consultation and was having root canal treatment the following day. Elisabeth Smallwood and Mandy very kindly fitted me in during their lunch.
