Friendly receptionist Had MOT done in July, generally don't look forward to anything to do with car maintenance but the gentleman made it very easy.
I had my car’s air conditioning serviced here, but the job was done completely wrong from the outset. They went ahead and filled it without carrying out any proper leak test. The manager himself assured me that if the gas leaked, they’d sort it again, even mentioning some part called a “catalyst.” As expected, the gas leaked straight out. I took the car back, only to be told by the same person that “catalyst” has nothing to do with air con and said they’d check it properly this time and call me within 2–3 hours.
