I give this place five stars. I have lived here for 11 years. The parks manager and workers pay attention to the property and are busy keeping it up. They are also attentive to tenants needs and requests. There are plenty of green trees, flowers, birds, cats and dogs: and breezes wrestling in the Palms. It’s quiet and peaceful. 😎
Very quiet they keep it clean. People mind their own business. Some do. I’ve lived here a long time. Rent is reasonable.
Devonshire Downs mobile home park is very nice quiet clean friendly ppl and the only thing no front gate if we had a front gate. It would be less traffic .some ppl drive through here like they don’t know how to slow down at times. But other than that it very peaceful I love it here.
I’m very happy living here.
