The condos themselves are nice. The grounds are beginning to look like a prison yard. Rocks are replacing grass everywhere. Not only is it UGLY, but it is becoming a safety hazard. Rocks get kicked everywhere, and walking around the condos is like an obstacle course. If they wanted to, there is plenty of drought tolerant ground cover they could use. Or use astro turf.
