This place looks really good. I'm looking for an apt for when my lease runs out. I'm not sure if I can afford it but it will be worth the effort to look into it.
The condos themselves are nice. The grounds are beginning to look like a prison yard. Rocks are replacing grass everywhere. Not only is it UGLY, but it is becoming a safety hazard. Rocks get kicked everywhere, and walking around the condos is like an obstacle course. If they wanted to, there is plenty of drought tolerant ground cover they could use. Or use astro turf.
