Mike, as always, was ultra responsive, was very respectful of the place (bit of a neat freak) and resolved the issue within 90 minutes of the submission of the work request.
We had two issues and they were handled quickly and professionally
two small maintenance requests. change the furnace filter and some decorative bricks had fallen off the wall outside my door. mike was on it and taken care of almost by the time i finished typing the request. :)
Excellent service...Connie in the office and Mike from maintenence were prompt and polite...
