Are walk-in appointments not allowed? I walked into the leasing center to inquire about availability and I was immediately turned away because the lady was in the middle of another tour. Lots of rules but honestly that’s a good thing. Coming from a supposedly “Luxury Apartment” complex in Huber Heights to this neighborhood has been a night and day difference. No more loud BMWs racing through the parking lot…children of tenants destroying the common areas or the waft of pot smoke…this place is super quiet and peaceful. I lived here for eight months as my new house was built. After being in my new place for about five weeks, I almost wish I had stayed at Redwood. The apartment was in great condition with all the amenities that you could ask for, plus maintenance issues were taken care of by Mike quickly and efficiently.
