I came in to see the layout of the house and fell in love with the community. I was told the full price of the model was $276k but Pulte offered additional upgrades at an additional cost. I came back the next day with my family to view the home with the intent to purchase only to find out I was given the wrong information. I was okay with paying additional to have my house mirror the model home no matter the cost. The main sales consultant was very rude and short. She was the only rep in the home to assist us.
