Stay away from this builder. Good luck getting anything repaired with their warranty department. There is no follow up on any repairs to Make sure that repairs were done correctly and everything submitting tickets on their website get nothing done. I have personally dealt with two other builders in the area and can definitely tell you that this is the WORSE.

If your are looking for a quality and tastefully built house without breaking the bank, Ashton Woods is the answer. The process of buying a house is generally very exhaustive and daunting. But what's unique about Ashton Woods and their financing/loan company is that they will lay the facts on the table while earnestly/patiently working with you till you satisfactly qualify and close on the new home.
