HUGE UPGRADE IN MANGEMENT! Lived here since 2017. After the new company came in, new managers were very sketchy and did not care about the tenants. Stephanie and Mari are now in charge and the building is running well. They genuinely care about your well being and prioritize what needs to be done. I feel very confident in the work they are doing and super happy to have them helping us!
My family and I have been at this property for seven years now. We’ve gone through so many property management companies and staff with nothing been done until recently. Stephanie, our brand new manager, has gone above and beyond within the short time she’s been here. For example, on her first day, she knocked on everyone’s door not only to introduce herself but to ask how she could help and what everyone needed done.
