We’ve been living in this unit for over 15 years, and it’s truly been a wonderful experience. A big part of that is thanks to our amazing apartment manager, Kathrine. She is always incredibly helpful and somehow manages to keep everything running so smoothly. Anytime we have a question or an issue, she responds quickly and makes the entire process easy and stress-free. I have been at this property for a while now. We’ve gone through so many property management companies and staff with nothing being done until past year or two. Katherine , our current manager, has gone above and beyond within the short time she’s been here. For example, she goes out of her way to say hello or stop you anywhere on the property to see if you need anything (that never happened before). It’s nice to finally have a manager and actually cares & does what she says.
I've been living here for eleven years and The past 4 years have been AMAZING since Katherine arrived she's the Best. The Property has been upgraded it use to be dull and bland. Now it has colorful Wall Murals,Plants and Nice Soft Sitting Areas the building is always clean I'm Beyond Happy to be living here. And when I put in service requests Katherine always get them done really quickly my windows A/C went out after ten years and Katherine had a new A/C installed in the wall. I have lived at this location for 8 1/2 years and the current company owning our apartment- Global Integrity is terrible. They have figured out how to provide the bare minimum service to their tenants while remaining lawful- however the most recent negligence has left us as tenants vulnerable to car theft and assault. We will be moving soon- and as a word of warning- do not move here, do not give this company your money.
