Nora Scurlock I just wanted to comment on what I have been reading, let me tell you about my dog Bear, well I started taking him to Dr Fahmy's office when he no older than 3 months and his diagnosis was Liver Shunts what a horrible disease if it had not been for the good Dr. I would not have had almost four and a half yrs with one of the truly BEST FRIENDS I have ever had, the Dr. was kind, compasisonate, and one of the best vet's in the San Fernando Valley and his prices if they had not been as low as they were I would not ... read more

Dr. Famy I have saved two liters of kittens with panluek because Dr. Famy is one of the only vets to perscribe Tamiflu. Panluek kittens usually die. He has helped me with many litters of feral kittens with prices I could afford. He always makes time for me even when he is busy.

Devonshire Animal Hospital is very kind I had a very good experience with the Dr. & his staff when I brought in a rescue for a low cost spay. She was not an easy spay since she was in season. They prescribed an antibiotic for her due to the complexity of the spay. When I took her in to have the staples taken out the Tech could not have been more kind or gentle with her.

Devonshire Animal Hospital is Incredible! Excellent Vet! I worked for him for two years - his main concern is the animals. He doesn't try to gouge people to take care of their pets. I have seen him lose much money to take care of an animal when people can't afford things and he does it for them anyway.

Not enough We took our cat in to this vet and they did a blood panel and urinalysis and sent us home, they called the next day and told us that our cat was in severe kidney failure and was recommending euthanasia. My dad took this really bad and was considering taking the cat in based on what the vet told us. Our cat started to feel and act better so we waited. He still wasn't right but her didn't seem like a dying cat either. We got some opinions from people who have dealt with cats and they recommended another vet (Northri... read more

DR. IS A KILLER!!!!! This is a man who does not have any compassion for animals. He killed 3 ferals and passed it off as "Well they aren't really pets anyway"He tried to cut down on costs by not using complete anesthesia while doing surgery and performed neuters while cats were still lucid! He wasn't watching anesthetic and left it too high during another surgery and this cat died on the table. After bringing it back to life, the cat was brain dead and had to be put down anyway. He knows nothing about the medicine of animals a... read more

They killed my Dog I would never recommend this vet to anyone. I goal is to see them out of business FOREVER. I took my dog in for a spay on March 27th 2008. I was given this dog by a family that was getting foreclosed on. I had the dog checked out and told the vet i was told she was 5 years old. At her pre-op inspection the vet never question my guess of her age. When I picked her up from the spay the doctor said she was old at about 8 or 9. I was furious to wonder why this only now after the surgery was that brought to my ... read more

Awesome vet with great prices My dog got into the chocolate left out by my two year old today and I called all around. I couldn't get an appointment anywhere, and the emergency vets I called refused to give any info over the phone and wanted too much money for an emergency.

Find a different Vet. These are the folks who told me that my cat was not gonna make it and not to get attached to him. This is the same cat I have now had for 8 years and counting. Maybe its time to retire.
