Waiting on phone call about our Pajero Sports...it would be nice if there was some sort of communications.. Well no response ..will be taking it further now.
Professional staff, friendly and efficient. Bought the Pajero Sport new 2021 . In the time I have had it it goes perfect. No problems at all mechanically but if I know what I know now I would have chosen leather seats. Had drivers seat replaced and always wondered what this knocking noise was as if would come and go. ( Please watch Video). The new seat is now starting to show signs of wear. The car has only 75000 Ks on it. Is this going to be an On going issue?. Went to Mitsubishi with my vehicle bought interstate as I needed help fitting the new license plates due to issues with screws and vehicle mods. Tye (sales rep?) despite it not being part of his job description, went out of his way to help me not only fit the license plates but brought me new screws and nuts to fit it. He didn't need to do any of this. But he helped me in my time of need and for that I am grateful.
Booked vehicle in for a service, friendly staff and work completed on time. Can't ask for anything more
A+++ 6 stars. Hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Mitchell on the service desk was an absolute pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and courteous. When my issue was identified parts were ordered and installed promptly. Service was great and loan car provided at no extra cost. I wish this was my local dealership. Honest and great service. Thankyou Mitchell and the mechanical team.
