First time visit for my vehicle service….easy access into the service area and the main reception….. friendly staff.
While on holidays and a day before returning to Brisbane, I needed my sensors repaired. The team at Devonport stepped in because Launceston was booked out well in advance. The job was done quickly. I couldn't fault the service received. It made the journey home so much more relaxing knowing that all the indicators were reading correctly. Thanks to you all for looking after me so well.
I regret to say that I cannot recommend Burnie and Devonport Mazda for any of your vehicle needs. My experiences with both locations have consistently fallen short, particularly concerning service quality and aftercare. During my visit to the Burnie location, I was thrown a seat cover from over a desk and told to put it on myself while test driving a vehicle because I was ‘wearing clothes’ not fit for such an expensive vehicle, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. They are not very nice to deal with. My daughter went to put a deposit on a car, and she got cold feet. So they threatened her with legal action. She is only young, and this was her first car purchase. She went home crying. I have purchased several cars of them, but never again! POS.
