Very beautiful park in the subnevishion
After giving an excellent review I want to update my review. I am greatly disturbed by the lack of transparency concerning a change of a whole block directly beside my house turning single family homes into duplex rental units. This was not disclosed and it does affect the value of my property. I would not have picked this specific lot if I would have known at time of purchase. I am very disappointed esp about the lack of communication and transparency.

Been in my home for 8;months now. Almost no issues. Any concerns have been addressed immediately by their after service trades people who have explained everything. Most impressive was their proactive approach. During their inspection, unbeknownst to me, they had some concerns about my air conditioning. They had the HVAC folks check it out and repair it before the first hot day. Owned three Devonsleigh home. All good. But like a fine wine I think they are getting better with age.
We went to the sales office and had a excellent experience. Professional and very knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Affordable pricing combined with great design and choices in a great location with a friendly community make Summit in Collingwood very attractive. I would recommend to anybody to check it out.
