Devon House is a great value. My biggest concern is the lack of staff and slow response when my mom needs help, but I seem to hear that about most places. The facility is clean, and the administration is good. It has been great having a safe place for mom and the ability of the facility to take her to appointments. The nursing staff is also very helpful and they have kept a good eye on my mom when she is having problems.
This is an incredible organization, one sign of how good the services all the workers smile. The staff is very well trained, and they provide the utmost care.
Devon House took excellent care of both my parents during their time there. All of their needs were taken care of.
Devon House was wonderful, they were so accommodating.
