Was very excited to be able to go to my ultrasound appointments for obstetrics so close to home. They were very prompt to get me in and the technician was the sweetest human! The unfortunate part of the visit was with the booking staff when asking if I can book the next one as it was a series I was told no and that my GP will be in contact with me to let me know when to book the next one and handed a business card, but the GP had told me I can book them all so it was very confusing. I was in last week for a mammogram, bone density and chest x-ray. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, was ushered in immediately and was finished all three tests within 1/2 and hour. I am very impressed. Returned for my 2 year check-up yesterday. Just as impressed as I was at my first visit. They were extremely busy yesterday but still the best experience considering. Staff is helpful, friendly and puts a person totally at ease.
