We had a problem with our tyre whilst travelling along the M5. I wasn’t local to the area but came across Devon Tyres on Google. When I rang, Sophie was beyond brilliant. She was so friendly and helpful in what was a stressful situation. When Brad arrived to look at the tyre, he too was very helpful. He explained the problem and got us back on the road for our 4 hour journey home. I would recommend!
I had my front passenger tyre changed last week after a puncture. It turns out the fitter put 280g weights too much on. After a very shaky shopping trip, with my kids in the car too, I went to AMS and the guy was in disbelief this had happened, I have the paperwork to prove this too. Avoid this company, complete cowboys.
After having no luck with my breakdown recovery service while having a flat tyre, I rang Devon tyres to see if they could help me. The man (believed to be the owner) was really helpful, I explained to him I was on my own, it was getting late evening and I was stuck in a secluded wooded area in Devon just off the main road. I punctured my front passenger side tyre just after passing through Bickleigh, and my current breakdown company (CoverMyBreakdown - avoid) refused to come out, saying it was an 'accident'. Therefore, I was stranded. I called 'devontyres.com' and they found a tyre for my Mazda3 and drove out to see me, in a layby in the rain, on the A396, using 'WhatThreeWords' to pinpoint my location.
