Beware!! I closed on a house today at this title company, scheduled in the morning for months, and wanted a wire transfer of funds. This means I would get the money today. They told me they could not provide a confirmation number of the transfer until late afternoon and that I could wait. Of course, they said they could give me a check ASAP. Worst company you can work with, very unprofessional.
They did not do the job well left us with $1600 bill that we had to pay for work that was done before we bought the house
