My home was built in 2021 moved in in 22 and still what i paid for I didn't receive they lied about the cabinet space and the back patio was small not like it should have been my stairs aren't the way they should've been my paint is not the color I wanted and my square footage is off by 100 feet never got the pool in back the people are rude to my kids when they go to the big pool and we never got our security gates like promised and I am very did appointed in my Realtor and my Lender and Devon Street for the way they handle... read more
Worst buliding manager Michelle Rice, No stars given if we could, they are very unreliable and have the worst service. Definitely do not recommend! Try another home builder in marvida. Also spoke with corporate office and they cared absolutely less about our concerns. Don't risk this company!!
