I have three units and two of them were supposed to have AC but they don't and I told the front office if they could fix it like 2 months ago and they haven't so now my couches and dinning table is ruined and it has mold

The only issue I experienced was with the rollup door. While I was trying to get stuff from my truck & go to the cart. The door would close me out while I was still retrieving things.

I have a 1995 chevy impala ss with a blown motor. I needed a place to store it at due to me not having all the $ to fix it currently. I was lied to by a lady employee of theirs over the phone who work here. She lied to me and told me that I could rent a space for $40 a month and that I need additional insurance tru them for an additional $18 a month to store my car on their property and it wouldn't be a problem. My first time there and the gate code wasn’t working for me. I struggled for 30 minutes until Jamial came and helped. She was so nice and helpful. I was really annoyed and irritated, waiting so long to get in plus it was over 100 degrees outside and she was so patient. Extremely thankful for Jamial 🫶
