I am a very anxious person and had a bad reaction to something whilst in the chair. Eventhough this was most likely 100% psychosomatic due to pre-existing nerves, Dr Rachael and dental nurse Nell were incredibly professional, reassuring and validating of my experience and calmly worked to resolve the situation. I would wholeheartedly recommend the team to anyone who struggles with anxiety or is nervous about dental treatment.
Fantastic dentist practice. (Was sent there via 111 for an emergency dental appointment). The staff and the environment was lovely, and the dental nurse and dentist were absolutely fantastic. They were very professional and had to give me antibiotics before they could extract the tooth. They both explained everything and lots of advice. Very empathetic as they could clearly see that I was in pain. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely amazing, I was in so much pain. I had a appointment very quick and my tooth was taking out, feel so much better now. The staff were amazing. Thankyou so much
I was sent here as an emergency appointment from the NHS dentist line. A tooth had broken in a couple of places and exposed the nerve. I explained I'm used to a high level of pain tolerance due to medical conditions but this was more than I could take. I wanted the tooth out, he said it would be tricky and a different course of action was just as suitable and leave me pain free until I could be referred. He lied. They are the only clinic I know that asks for your bank details over the phone during the phone appointment. I think they will also ask for my house key😂
